We read everything that comes in.
The kinds of email we get most often, and how we handle each:
- Story suggestions or tip-offs — yes, please. If a scam, Medicare rule change, or product recall is affecting older adults in your area, we want to know.
- Corrections — we fix errors visibly. If you spot something wrong, tell us what and why and we'll update the article with a dated correction note.
- Calculator requests — we maintain a tool roadmap based on reader emails. The five free calculators we've built so far were all reader-driven; the next ones will be too.
- Press / interview requests — for our columnists or about our editorial approach, email us directly. We respond within a week.
- Pitches from product companies, insurance brokers, or reverse mortgage lenders — we don't accept sponsored content, affiliate deals, or paid placements. Please don't ask.
